Planning a package trip
We would be happy to create a trip itinerary that reflects your interests, time frame and comfort level. Our staff will give you the timely information needed to insure a practical, well designed itinerary.
MAKING TRIP ITINERARY: First of all, you can e-mail or post us your comments, in which may be mentioned your interested destinations, sights and type of service. We would appreciate if you write about arrival day, trip days, hotel class, occupancy, and transportation type, what language speaking guide, and necessary travel equipments in details in order to save the time. Then we will offer you the requested tour.
Our staff will offer a realistic schedule, so your days will full, but not crammed. In some cases, the trip in Mongolian countryside may have a more sedate pace and its link to nature and the seasons. If you planned the itinerary tightly scheduled, you will run the risk of having the entire trip compromised by events such as bad weather, flight delays, and bad roads beyond our control.
Your basic itinerary should be confirmed at least one month before your arrival and the preparation will be done by our staff.
PREPARING TO TRAVEL: Two weeks before your arrival in Ulaanbaatar we will introduce your guide and driver through e-mail. Besides that, by this time you will receive a mail, which includes the special advice for you and for your friends. This will give you a nice chance to get to know the person, who is guiding you in Mongolia and assisting with other travel service. Also your identification copy with personal information is necessary for to buy tickets on domestic flights and to arrange tour.
PAYMENT CONDITION & CANCELLATION: After we have clarified your itinerary and you confirmed your date of arrival, we will then require 20% of total package cost of the trip in advance. So our staff will give you an instruction on bank transfer. We put our hearts and minds into your trip and the planning fee will be spent for hotel reservation, tickets for domestic flights and other components of your trip. When the advance payment is received by us, the discussed tour will be confirmed officially by our agency.
After the trip official confirmation the cancellation could be done by the subscribers. If the tour is cancelled 3 days before the arrival day, the 200USD per person will be deducted from paid amounts as a planning fee, which covers our staff working time, fine for ticket returning and accommodation reservations. If the tour is cancelled on arrival day, the advance payment is not refundable. Because of any reasons the tour subscriber can delay the tour within 5 months, in this case the subscriber is responsible for additional charges, which may be caused by flight schedule, the season condition and so on… Rest of the payment will be done on arrival day in Ulaanbaatar .
